If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, return any unused portion in the original bottle, postage paid, within 30 days of receiving the product, for your choice of a refund, exchange or replacement. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the purchase price.

Shipping charges are not refundable. No refunds after 30 days. No cash refunds on exchanged products or sale items. If multiple quantities of the same product are ordered, this guarantee applies to the first bottle only. Any others must be returned unopened and undamaged to receive a refund.

A 15% restocking charge will be accessed on these. (Defective or damaged products are excluded from this stipulation and will be replaced at no charge.) Defective Products or Products Damaged in Shipping If you receive a defective product or a product damaged in shipping, we will replace it at no cost. Return the defective or damaged product postage paid and we will send a replacement and issue a credit for regular return shipping. (U.S. and Canada only.)

For shipments outside the U.S. and Canada, a claim must be made with the carrier who delivers your products. (You must inspect your shipment before you sign for it. International shipments are always shipped insured.)
